Order Processing Time
All our products are made to order in collaboration with Printful. Please allow 2-7 business days for order processing and fulfillment. This time frame allows us to ensure your items are crafted with care and quality.
Shipping Times
Once your order is fulfilled, shipping times will vary depending on your location:
- United States: 3-7 business days
- Canada: 5-10 business days
- International: 10-20 business days
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the items in your order. We aim to keep shipping rates reasonable while ensuring timely delivery.
Tracking Your Order
After your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can monitor your package's journey until it reaches your doorstep.
Customs and Import Fees
For international orders, customs and import duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping charges.
Shipping Address Changes
If you need to make changes to your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes can only be made before the order is fulfilled.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement. After this time, your order will be sent for production, and changes will not be possible.
